LAURA SELWOOD - Lisa, u/s Sophie

Laura graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2005 with First Class BA (Hons) in musical theatre.

Theatre includes: ensemble and first cover Chloe in Never Forget (tour), Mandy in A Model Girl (Greenwich), Gianetta and cover Angela in Maid of the Mountains (Finborough), principal soloist in Beyond the Barricades, swing in Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens (The Venue), Tribe and cover Sheila and Chrissy in Hair (2005, Gate), Julie Jordan in Carousel (Bridewell) and Magnolia in Show Boat (New Theatre, Cardiff).

Other work includes: original cast and DVD recordings of Never Forget, The Making of the Musical documentary for Never Forget in 2007 (MTV), Girl in Be My Love (music video for Christian Jon Billett), Just Up Your Street (BBC Wales), Stairway to the Stars (C5), solo artist on The Love Hour (Red Dragon FM) and voiceovers for Nickelodeon.

Originally from South Wales, at 14 years old Laura started touring her own cabaret show around the valleys, and has performed in more pubs and clubs than she cares to remember.
