FOR WHAT AGES IS THIS PRODUCTION SUITABLE?
5 years and above.

WHAT IS THE RUNNING TIME OF THE SHOW?
2 hours and 35 minutes.

WHAT ARE THE BEST DAYS FOR AVAILABILITY?
Weekend performances book up in advance, but the best availabilities are on midweek performances. Avoid public holidays and school breaks.

CAN I QUEUE FOR RETURNED TICKETS?
Yes - for 1 hour before the performance outside the theatre behind the returns board. Tickets limited to 2 per customer and cash only.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS OR CONCESSIONS FOR CERTAIN GROUPS?
There are group rates available for groups of 10+ and an additional rate for 40+.

These rates are subject to availability for performances Monday-Thursday evenings and Friday matinees. Exclusion dates apply.

IS THERE STANDING ROOM AVAILABLE?
No.

WHAT ARE THE DISABLED ACCESS FACILITIES?
Wheelchair access is via the main foyer, with level access to the auditorium.
There are 2 wheelchair spaces in row S in the stalls, fitted with movable flooring
to provide level space, regardless of the theatre's usual sloped floor. The other is
in Row T in the Stalls. There is also a large unisex adapted toilet in the stalls bar
- a lift takes users downstairs to it.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST CAR PARKING FACILITY
AND IS THERE A SPECIAL DEAL ON THIS?

There is limited on-street parking, which is Master Park at Whitcomb street. Call Master park on 0800 243 348 or see www.masterpark.org.uk as at this car park, parking under the "Theatreland Parking Scheme" allows a 50% discount in cost. Sadly, spaces CANNOT be reserved at these prices, so choose whether you would prefer to book and pay more, or use this scheme.

IS THE THEATRE WITHIN THE CONGESTION ZONE AND WHAT TIME IS THIS EXEMPT?
Yes it is in the congestion zone, except after 6.30pm and public holidays and Saturday/ Sundays when this is not applicable.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE?
Audience members are advised not to arrive later than 10-15 minutes prior to the perfomance time to take their seats, or earlier if collecting tickets from the Box Office. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance
but are able to watch the show on screens in the Stalls Bar until this time.
