FAQS:

WHAT ARE THE DISABLED ACCESS FACILITIES?
Wheelchair access is via the main foyer, with level access to the auditorium. There are 2 wheelchair spaces in row S in the stalls, fitted with movable flooring to provide level space, regardless of the theatre's usual sloped floor. The other is in Row T in the Stalls. There is also a large unisex adapted toilet in the stalls bar - a lift takes users downstairs to it.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST CAR PARKING FACILITY
AND IS THERE A SPECIAL DEAL ON THIS?

There is limited on-street parking, which is Master Park at Whitcomb street. Call Master park on 0800 243 348 or see www.masterpark.org.uk as at this car park, parking under the "Theatreland Parking Scheme" allows a 50% discount in cost. Sadly, spaces CANNOT be reserved at these prices, so choose whether you would prefer to book and pay more, or use this scheme.

IS THE THEATRE WITHIN THE CONGESTION ZONE AND WHAT TIME IS THIS EXEMPT?
Yes it is in the congestion zone, except after 6.00pm and public holidays and Saturday/ Sundays when this is not applicable.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE THEATRE?
Audience members are advised not to arrive later than 10-15 minutes prior to the perfomance time to take their seats, or earlier if collecting tickets from the Box Office. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance but are able to watch the show on screens in the Stalls Bar until this time.
